Absolutely brilliant, underweather with covid.. couldn't get in anywhere, organised a telehealth within 60sec of clicking book now I had a link to appoitment and a really nice doctor who cared and listened and sorted my medical certificate. Very easy, all bulk billed. I will happily use this service again.

Perfect DR service for me, I don’t mind the wait as it’s never really an emergency. Dr Paliwal was very efficient, switched on and was able to provide a referral via sms and also a DRs Certificate could not have been easier considering I didn’t even have to leave my bed while unwell - I will 100% be using this service again.

Spoke with Dr James Liang, he was very kind. Have never done a consult via messaging for Telehealth but it was very simple, quick and easy for an urgent repeat script as my doctor is closed over the weekend and usually booked out early in the week when I urgently needed a script that I ran out of. I think for instances where you just really need a doctors urgent help outside of hours, but you aren’t in an emergency or need super intense support - this is a good option.

Really easy and straight forward appointment. I registered online, was called to confirm details, had a screening call from the doctor explaining what I needed to do to prepare and when he would arrive. He was even a little early getting here. Registered at 6, and he was here just before 10. Diagnosed and left enough medication to get through the night, as well as a script to get filled. Service is also bulk billed.

Booked online recently but didn't have high hopes as it's a Sunday night leading up to a public holiday. To my surprise had a confirmation call within 10 minutes of booking and within next 10 minutes locum Dr. contacted, inquired about the situation and arrived soon. She (H...) was amazing; didn't show any sign of rush and took her time to listen and ask questions.

Doctor doctor were so quick, thorough, professional and caring. I was seen virtually within 10 mins and had a script text to my phone. I was able to attach photos of my sons eye for them to diagnose. Highly recommend.

Booked online, received a confirmation phone call within around 30 mins telling me the doctor hadn't left yet but would call me with an ETA when en route to my house. Doctor later called telling me he was around 30mins away and arrived around 40mins thereafter (fine for someone I assume is simply unfamiliar with the area). The doctor that attended was polite and respectful. For my first use of this service I would highly recommend. Great communication and respectful service. I will definitely use again in the future if the need arises.

I had an excellent experience with DoctorDoctor. I made an appointment around 11pm on a Monday night, and a lovely doctor was at my house before midnight (ahead of schedule). I received a call confirming my appointment very soon after requesting via the website. The doctor was patient and very thorough. She was able to provide one dose of the required medication to get me through to Tuesday, along with a script and a medical certificate. I wasn't sure what to expect after reading some reviews, but I am very glad that I made the appointment and wouldn't hesitate to recommend DoctorDoctor based on my experience.

Registered in their booking system and within 1 minute got a link to join a call. Received a call within seconds after joining the chat. It was the most incredibly swift GP service I have ever had. Received some diagnosis and advice over the phone but did clearly indicate that because he was not physically assessing, we must rush to the hospital if certain conditions worsen. If it stays the same or better, still best to physically check on Monday morning to be sure. What I liked about this whole exercise was, the GP clearly indicated that it was just a preliminary diagnosis, with subsequent advice of what to expect and that we still have to be physically examined. It provided some initial comfort but was clear that it was based on the symptoms given over the phone.
